Our Team

Mary Ryan is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and is currently working under the supervision of Dr. Jean Dennis, Clinical Psychologist.

Mary understands how intimidating it can be to take the first step towards change. She aims to create a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to work through their current struggles. Mary provides an integrative and client-centered approach to help each unique person recognize their inner strength and resilience. She incorporates Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) into her practice as well as trauma-informed and somatic models. Her areas of interest include ADHD, neurodivergence, stress, anxiety, emotional regulation, relationships, and self-esteem. She is available to work with clients between the ages of 10 to 65.
